This is a partial list of fairly standard supplies that all students will need for Powell. Most clusters and some exploratory classes will require additional items and your students will be given a list of the additional items after school starts.

Note: Additional supplies will be requested after school begins by each cluster.

Additional Supplies for Cluster 6-1

In addition to the 6th Grade School Supply list printed in the Powell Middle School Newsletter, students in Cluster 6-1 will need the following supplies. 

• 1 -1" Binder
• 2 - Composition Books
• 1 -  single subject spiral notebook
• 1  - pack of post-it notes
• Scissors
• 2 - dry erase markers
• 1  - additional pencil bag (sturdy, with holes to snap into math binder)
• 1 - additional pencil sharpener (with shavings catcher for math)

**Note**the original supply list request a protractor and a ruler, please make sure the ruler also has holes to snap into a 3 ring binder.

Additional Supplies for 6-2

In addition to the 6th Grade School Supply list printed in the Powell Middle School Newsletter, students in Cluster 6-2 will need the following supplies. 

• 1 - 2" Three Ring Binder (Portfolio)
• 2 - 11/2" Three Ring Binders (Language Arts, Math)
• 2- One Subject Hole-punched Spiral Notebook (Language Arts, Science)
• 1 - Composition Book (Reading)
• 5 - Hole punched Pocket folders or additional section dividers for zipper binder (Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, Reading, Explorations)
• 1 - Package 3x3 (square) Post-it Notes
• 4 - Brown paper grocery bags
• 1 - scissors
• Optional Supplies: Extra Eraser, Mini Stapler, Portable Three Hole Punch

Additional Supplies for 6-3

In addition to the 6th Grade School Supply list printed in the Powell Middle School Newsletter, students in Cluster 6-3 will need the following supplies. 

•  3 - Spiral notebooks (three hole punched for keeping in binder)
• 1 - 1/2" vinyl 3 ring binder for Language Arts
• 1- 1/2" vinyl 3 ring binder for Math
• 5 - pocket folders
• 2 -dry erase markers
• Graph Paper
• Index Cards
• Scissors
• 3 - large grocery sacks (for book covering..no purchased book covers, please)
• Students with last name A-K...one package post-it notes
• Students with last name L-Z...one ream of computer paper.

Supplies may need to be replenished throughout the school year.
